Patrick T. Holland, GRI Broker Owner, REALTOR

Hello, and thank you for visiting our web site. Please allow me a moment to introduce myself. I am a native of the Denver area and have lived in Lakewood all my life. In 1996 I became a licensed real estate broker and began my career as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker. During my time at Coldwell Banker I earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) professional designation by completing numerous advanced real estate courses covering topics including brokerage/agency relationships, advanced law, appraisals, construction, marketing, and finance. In June 2003 I moved to Keller Williams Realty, where I not only continued my own education, but also instructed new Associates in purchase contracts and buyer/seller agency agreements. Throughout my career, I have conscientiously worked very hard to increase both my broad and technical knowledge of matters surrounding real estate transactions.
In September 2005, after careful consideration, I started my own brokerage firm, Holland Realty Group. Although I both live and work in Lakewood, I serve the entire Metropolitan area. As a native, I have thorough knowledge not only of the city, but also of virtually all of its suburbs. I have helped clients buy and sell homes all over the Denver Metro area including Greenwood Village, Parker, Sedalia, Highlands Ranch, Broomfield, Aurora, Littleton, Golden, Arvada, Centennial, Thornton, and Commerce City, in addition to Lakewood and Denver proper.
I am a member of the National, Colorado, and Denver Metro Associations of REALTORS. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my extensive family, staying in shape, traveling, and riding my motorcycle. Thank you for taking the time to “get to know me” just a bit. I look forward to getting to know you and to helping you with your real estate needs.
Edson M. Holland, Broker Associate, REALTOR
Hi, my name is Edson and I would also like to tell you a little bit about myself. I was born in Denver, raised in Lakewood, and have resided in Highlands Ranch for the last 10 years. While earning my Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from The Metropolitan State College of Denver, I worked in sales for a national retail chain. After graduation, I left Colorado to gain experience in international real estate sales and property management. Upon returning to Colorado, I rejoined my former employer to help grow the retail chain before branching out to motorcycle and exotic car sales.
Still enjoying sales but wanting to broaden my experience, I earned my real estate license and joined my brother's brokerage firm, where I quickly realized the importance of obtaining the REALTOR designation, a distinction which indicates my commitment to a code of ethics and standards of practice. With this designation, I am a member of the South Metro Denver REALTOR Association (SMDRA), the Colorado Association of REALTORS (CAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). I enjoy the spectral diversity of real estate and the opportunity to work with a cross-section of buyers and sellers.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking at home with my wife, spending time with my extended family, and traveling. I also sincerely enjoy meeting people and look forward to guiding them through the process of buying or selling their home.
